- The Color-Star is a portable color detector with voice output. It is a further developed version of the Colorino from the same manufacturer.
- The Color-Star has three new functions in relation to the Colorino.
- The color of the light can be recognized up to 15 different nuances.
- When approaching a light source, the Color-Star produces music sounds that raise in pitch.
- Light shadow and patterns are also detected and displayed with a different intensity.
- Up to a thousand color nuances are recognized.

- A built-in rechargeable battery provides the power supply. Charging is done via a micro USB connection.
