Arcana Instruments has created a very interesting instrument there: the Strum simulates a guitar to make it accessible to a large part of the population, even with a significant motor disability. On one side, a joystick simulates the action of plucking the strings on the body, on the other side, you can reproduce the chords with color-coded keys (5 standard keys that can be simplified to 3 keys).
Different joystick tips are available, depending on the type of disability.
The chord keys can be diverted to external switches that can be placed anywhere on the body.
