Description:
The IncluMOVE software for an interactive and context-aware learning and workplace is publicly available free of charge under the MIT license. The system is the result of the education and research project incluMOVE to support people with reduced performance in their work.
incluMOVE guides through the work process of assembling printed circuit boards via projections at the workplace. The software, developed by the Affective andCognitive Institute ACI of the Offenburg University of Applied Sciences, motivates through gamification with badges, a progress indicator, animations and milestones. The virtual assistant Gregor Gouda provides support.
In 3 years of project duration, the Affective andCognitive Institute ACI developed the incluMOVE application in cooperation with the project partners FEMOS gGmbH and Fraunhofer IPA. Thus, the expertise on didactics and inclusion of Femos gGmbH flowed into the design of the workflows. Fraunhofer IPA developed the interfaces to the placement mouse and work table as well as the object recognition software.
Two variants are available on GitHub as MIT license:
incluMOVE Light as software for gamification of the table surface. It is completed and immediately free to use for inclusion companies. Needed are additionally only a work surface, a computer as well as a beamer. The workflow is created for the assembly of printed circuit boards. The system can be adapted to other workflows via the source code as required.
incluMOVE Extended combines the software with the table system from Fraunhofer IPA. It is an interim release with documentation and outlook, which still needs further development.
With the open source release, both packages include the installation package, source code, a sample workflow, and easy-to-understand documentation of installation, rebuild, use, and configuration
