CoMoveIT Smart is an intelligent special wheelchair control system for people with severe motor impairments.
The system is based on head movements that are detected by sensors in a customized headrest and translated into control signals for the power wheelchair.
The control system also works with involuntary movement patterns and automatically adapts to the individual movement profile.
The aim is to provide assurance and self-determined mobility for people who are unable to use conventional operating methods such as joysticks.
