Description:
The stove monitoring system consists of a control unit and a heat sensor. The control unit is mounted between the power supply and the stove and interrupts the power supply if the heat on the stove develops abnormally or reaches a critical point.
The heat development is monitored by the (battery-operated) sensor, which is preferably mounted directly above the center of the stove on the extractor hood (wall or ceiling mounting is also possible). If the sensor unit detects a critical heat development on the stove, the user receives a warning (short beeps). If there is no response to this pre-alarm and the temperature rises above a critical point, the control unit receives a signal - the power supply is interrupted immediately and the stove is switched off. To indicate this,
will emit several rapid beeps, followed by a long, loud tone.
The reset is carried out by setting the control elements of the stove and, if necessary, the oven to "0" and pressing the heat sensor button once. The stove can then be operated normally again (allow to cool down first).
