Wireless microphone for use with miniature Roger receivers, which attach directly to hearing aids or cochlear implants. Receivers are sold separately. Comprises: digital processing designed to make speech clearer; 3 different modes - Conference style for use in the middle of a table to listen to a group of people, Interview style for use when held in hand and pointed towards the speaker, Around the neck of the speaker; automatically adjusts the gain of the receiver when the environmental noise increases; audio Bluetooth for connecting to Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones to make and receive phone calls, when paired with a phone, the ring from incoming calls can be heard in hearing aids; TV connection, and an audio input for listening to multimedia; docking station which works as a charger and is also used when listening to the TV.
