Description:
The wheelchair bike can be used to transport wheelchair users. A seat for the wheelchair user is attached to the front of the bike. The people riding at the back have a good view of the road and the wheelchair user. The front section can be detached from the bicycle section in the divisible version so that it can be used as a wheelchair on site.
The seat with adjustable seat depth can be adjusted to the height of the wheelchair user. The same applies to the adjustable backrest angle and the extendable footrests. Optional side rests are available, making the bike suitable for children or smaller adults. The bike can be completely adapted using the various options. It is even possible to fit your own seat/seat shell on the bike.
Van Raam has an electric pedal support system. It consists of the motor, the battery and a controller. The smart display and the software were specially developed by the manufacturer for the rehabilitation market.
