The TUGI Model 1 was developed to facilitate and improve the administration of the injectable medication Copaxone, Rebif, which is used in the treatment of multiple sclerosis. The injection depth can be easily and precisely adjusted before each application. TUGI always ensures the correct injection angle and reduces unwanted and painful needle movements in the body. TUGI makes the syringe easier to use for people with trembling hands, limited fine motor skills or other health restrictions.
The TUGI Model 1 is only suitable for pre-filled syringes with a diameter of 8 mm and an overall length of 64 mm.
The TUGI Model 2 was developed to facilitate and improve the administration of low molecular weight heparins in pre-filled syringes used for the treatment and prevention of thrombosis. It is designed to ensure compliance with the prescribed treatment. TUGI helps patients overcome the fear of pain or self-harm by enabling the correct injection angle and reducing unwanted, painful needle movements in the body. TUGI makes it easier to use the syringe for people who suffer from trembling hands, limited fine motor skills or other health restrictions.
