Description:
The Clearway 2 is a pressure-controlled mechanical insufflator/exsufflator cough assistant. It supports the mobilization and removal of bronchial secretions. Positive pressure is used to inflate the lungs and then a rapid switch to negative pressure is used to generate a cough.
The mechanical insufflator/exsufflator enables effective treatment for users who have no or an unsatisfactory cough burst. The Clearway 2 can be used in hospital or outpatient settings for children and adults.
