Beschreibung
The WHO APL (which stands for "World Health Organization Assistive Products List") includes 50 categories of assistive products that are considered "priority" or "essential" by the Worls Health Organization (WHO): those products that are highly needed, an absolute necessity to maintain or improve an individual’s functioning and which need to be available at a price the community/state can afford. The List has been adopted by the WHO Assembly on May 24, 2016, and will be probably updated in the future.

- Mobiliar, Zusatzeinrichtungen und andere Hilfsmittel zur Unterstützung von Aktivitäten im Innen- und Außenbereich einer vom Menschen geschaffenen Umwelt (ISO 18)
- Hilfsmittel für Kommunikations- und Informationsmanagement (ISO 22)
- Hilfsmittel für Steuerung, Tragen, Bewegung und Handhabung von Gegenständen und Vorrichtungen (ISO 24)
- Hilfsmittel für Steuerung, Anpassung oder Messung von Elementen der materiellen Umwelt (ISO 27)
- Hilfsmittel für Arbeitstätigkeiten und Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben (ISO 28)
