Assessment and measurement form for the seating position of persons withi disabilities on chairs, wheelchairs and seating systems. The form is based on the findings of a research project carried out in 1996-98 by the Don Gnocchi Foundation within the Biomedical Research Programme of the Italian Ministry of Health.
