The ground-level vehicle consists of a double-tube frame with a seat shell at the back and a support wheel at the rear end. At the front, 2 wheels are attached to the side of the semi-circular double tube frame, which are driven by hand cranks. The hands are used to drive and steer this vehicle. The Swingcart is available in two sizes for children aged 3 - 8 years and 6 - 12 years.
