The rigid version is suitable for patient transfers in a supine position and is equipped with eight handles.
The foldable version, on the other hand, can also be used for patient transfers in a semi-upright position if the patient suffers from breathing difficulties, for example.
The folding mechanism also minimizes the space required for storage. The foldable lateral board is equipped with six handles.
