The Untire app is a digital therapy program for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue.
It offers multimodal therapy in accordance with the guidelines of the German Cancer Society, regardless of the type of cancer diagnosed. The app uses techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy and psychology (mindfulness-based stress reduction) and combines these with exercise interventions. It can be used by patients as a stand-alone therapy or to accompany therapy.
