Description:
The vacuum pump causes a negative pressure in the cylinder around the penis. This fills the erectile tissue with blood and causes the member to stiffen. Now one of the tourniquets is slipped over the penis shaft. It prevents the blood from flowing back when the cylinder is removed and thus maintains the erection. With the erection held in this way, normal and satisfying sexual intercourse is possible.
