The robotic arm is primarily intended to be mechanically installed on power wheelchairs and integrated with control systems.
The addition of a lift arm improves accessibility to the floor and allows the robot arm to be parked when not in use.
The control is still carried out via the existing control element, which can be a joystick, head control or further control variant depending on the individual situation.
Lift arm:
Objects lying on the floor can be picked up in the user's field of vision.
The 180 degree swing down mechanism allows transfer from the wheelchair without obstruction.
Installation, mounting:
- Installation without significant impact on overall width of the wheelchair.
- Positioning right or left at knee level, lateral to wheelchair
