Description:
The thermal separation of the GU threshold reduces the heat flow in the bottom connection of lift & slide and lift & tilt elements made of timber and PVC-U, resulting in considerable energy savings.
Versions:
- timber elements with 28 and 10 mm sash spacing
- timber thicknesses 56 and 68 mm
- all market-leading PVC-U systems, various schemes
Features / components:
- Running rails 15 mm, 10 mm and 5 mm, also retrofittable
- Complete outside (weather side) protected by aluminum profile
- Flexibility through modular system
- Step threshold, various weather profiles and running rails for clipping in
- Same basic body for timber and PVC-U doors
- Sealing membrane connection directly on the weather profile
- Surface temperature according to DIN, in the critical fixed field area min. 11.5 degrees Celsius
