The dorsocaudal direction of pull of the shoulder straps (running under the armpit) is redirected in such a way that there is no pressure load in the armpit.

Size selection:
To select the orthosis, you need the hip circumference and the circumference at the height of the abdomen. The larger of the two circumference measurements is taken for the orthosis selection.
