The Harpo BraillePen 12 Touch is a 12-cell mobile, compact and lightweight Braille display that makes it easy to use on the go.
The Braille display can be wirelessly connected to an Android or Apple smart device via Bluetooth.
The BraillePen 12 Touch features a Braille keyboard that allows easy text entry or VoiceOver and BrailleBack control.
In addition, the device has a joystick with which you can select or navigate on your smartphone or tablet.
Texts can be easily edited with the Active Touch cursor routing. By clicking with your finger above a Braille character on the Braille bar, items can be easily selected or the cursor can be moved.
When the action is executed, the user gets haptic feedback by means of a vibration. You can take notes or phone numbers without the BraillePen Touch 12 being connected to an external device.
Later this note can be easily transferred to another device.
The Harpo BraillePen 12 Touch is suitable for anyone who wants to make mobile use of apps on the smart device, such as navigation apps, social media, e-mail or Whatsapp.
