Description:
Software-based, digital assistance systems for the smartphone can support people with disabilities very well. The startup delta3 has developed a modular system that can be adapted by employers and employees to their specific needs.
A digital assistance system guides people to master a more complex process. This is independent of the Areas of Application: workshops for people with disabilities, inclusion companies, inclusion departments or a regular workplace. The self-determination of those involved and the productivity steign and caring people are relieved.
The information is provided visually or by voice output via mobile devices. The devices can also be linked to machines and equipment in the workplace. The design is modular. The systems also provide feedback in some cases, for example praise.
Companies can equip the app individually depending on the workplace of the employees, e.g.:
- Icons help employees with reading difficulties
- Many small steps support employees with cognitive impairments.

The system is being tested in a pilot project of the Landschaftsverband Westfalen-Lippe (LWL).
