Description:
The Pro-X Walker consists of a belt incl. bag (small version with space for cell phone, keys..., large version with additional space for a water bottle) and the hand-held devices which are attached to the belt. A spring resistance must be overcome when pulling out the hand tools. This allows you to perform numerous training exercises and activate the upper body muscles while walking.
The Pro-X Walker is available in three different strengths: smart (0.5 kg training resistance), medium (0.8 kg training resistance) and strong (1 kg training resistance).
