At the center of Snap is Core First. This is a page set that provides core words, topics, comments, behavior support, word lists and keyboards. Core First supports continuous vocabulary building and takes advantage of motor learning by systematically and purposefully introducing new vocabulary. Snap Core First builds on the three pillars of communicative success: Development, Participation and Written Language.
Acapela voices are used as speech synthesis in each case. The German content is currently represented with METACOM symbols. PCS symbols are used for content in other languages.
