Good relationships:
The DL Contact Manager automatically establishes meaningful relationships between data. This provides quick answers to questions that would normally require searching through various programs and lists. You call up a contact and the contact manager shows you immediately or on request whether and what appointments you have with this person, whether there are deadlines or open tasks or whether there are open invoices. Callers can optionally be recognized automatically. The DL Contact Manager also enables direct access to documents received from the caller, whether PDF, Microsoft Word, audio or video documents.

Assistance function:
Data that was originally received in an inaccessible format, e.g. images, videos or graphic PDF documents, can be prepared by an assistant in an accessible alternative format. On request, the DL Contact Manager will inform you whether the documents have been prepared in an accessible format. Information can therefore be available simultaneously in an inaccessible graphic format, an accessible text format and also in formatted Braille.

Competitiveness:
In most cases, the use of a screen reader and a Braille display is no longer enough to enable blind users to work competitively under today's job requirements. The increased requirements are met by an intuitive and easy-to-use software system that displays workflows of any complexity clearly and simply.
In public authorities and industrial companies with special industry solutions, access to these systems is optimized with the EasyTask ergonomics product. However, individual modules of the Contact Manager are also increasingly being used to make work processes accessible, fast and competitive for blind users.

The module closes an efficiency gap for blind-friendly appointment management that exists in the area of appointment allocation and overview in MS Outlook, a standard Office product. The contact manager provides an alternative and ergonomically optimized operating concept. The data is shared by sighted and blind users. The DL Contact Manager synchronizes the required data with Outlook or an Exchange server.

Direct access: "What's the magic word?"
Shortcuts can be used for frequently required functions, which can be defined as required. Alternatively, a search function is available.

Areas of Application:
The DL Contact Manager is suitable for activities in the areas of organization, consulting, service, marketing, sales and planning. As a consultant, you have access to all communication processes and are automatically reminded by the system of things you expect from communication partners, such as expert opinions, minutes or reports. A clear area of application is the use by representatives of severely disabled persons, who have to manage a large number of facts about employees and communication processes. The contact manager creates an inclusive and ergonomic framework for collaboration between sighted and blind colleagues. The user interface is clear, elegant and barrier-free. It contains a variety of functions that are not available in standard software.

Integration of Microsoft products:
The DL Contact Manager integrates standard Microsoft Office components. For example, a letter in MS Word format with address, salutation, reference and file number can be generated automatically. Appointments can optionally be synchronized with MS Outlook. Synchronization of contacts and appointments with smartphones based on Apple iOS or Android is possible.

Workflows:
The DL Contact Manager maps workflows and can be easily adapted to new requirements. It automates processes that a sighted user can complete with one click, but for which a blind employee has to make a long sequence of keystrokes.
