DL EasyTask simplifies and accelerates work processes and compensates for speed disadvantages caused by blindness
Integration into SAP environments and IBM LotusNotes is possible.
Individual work steps can be combined into an EasyTask job and automated. For example, measuring, cutting, grinding and depositing become one work process that is executed automatically. These work steps are given meaningful names and practical abbreviations. EasyTask has a modular structure.
Some examples of helpful jobs:
gb = business letter. EasyTask opens a new Word document with a defined pad
ne = New email
as + search term = Search address
The EasyTask jobs can be started via full text search, via switches and via so-called RFID radio labels.
The jobs can be saved locally and/or in the cloud. If more than one computer is used, the jobs can be used on any computer.
DL® XTab function:
DL® XTab is a module of DL® EasyTask. It was developed for people who cannot use their hands or fingers and control their PC by voice. In many cases, DL® XTab makes screen reader scripting superfluous.
DL® XTab displays numbered buttons for all operating elements such as input fields, buttons etc. in every Windows application at the touch of a button. Instead of dragging the mouse pointer to the desired control element using the head or eye control, you can say "Click 17", for example. You can either set the focus on element no. 17 or activate the element immediately. Alternatively, input fields, checkboxes or buttons can be targeted. This feature is also available in SAP applications.
