The user interface contains a variety of functions that are not available in standard software.
The DL Contact Manager automatically establishes meaningful relationships between the data and provides information on contacts, appointments, tasks, deadlines or open invoices at a glance.
Callers are optionally recognized and associated documents - whether PDF, Word, audio or video - can be called up directly.
Non-accessible content such as images or graphic PDFs can be converted by assistants into accessible formats, such as text or Braille. The contact manager provides information on the processing status.
For appointment management, the system closes an existing gap in MS Outlook and offers a barrier-free, ergonomic operating concept. Data is shared between sighted and blind users and synchronized with Outlook/Exchange.
