Pura is a mechanical arm support system with manually adjustable support levels. It can be used for everyday activities, as an eating aid, or as a drinking aid.
The device helps maintain and expand the range of motion of the upper extremities by compensating for arm weight. This reduces the effort required for lifting and holding, facilitating smooth movements. The Armon Pura enables vertical, horizontal, and rotational movements, with the movements being performed independently. The compensation level is continuously adjusted using a rotating ball.
The Armon Pura can be attached to power wheelchairs and work chairs.
