Description:
The cutting aid makes it easier to cut round, oval or square bread rolls, flat buns, hamburgers and croissants and avoids cutting injuries.
Either non-slip feet or suction cups are attached to the base of the cutting aid to prevent slipping. In addition, a pressure spring plate is integrated to hold the pastry in place so that it is not crushed or compressed during cutting. The metal stoppers prevent further cutting with a standard bread cutter.
