The "Sidar Foundation - Universal Access" is defined with a transformer. We work to make the Information Society, in all of Latin America, is accessible and inclusive. The Foundation's main objective studies and activities designed to develop research, training, promotion, advice and all those that facilitate the development of the Information Society in an accessible and inclusive.
